Return Policy

The Barn Boutique Fruita gladly accepts returns of  unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns are for store credit only and issued via email as an e-gift card. Items should be in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return (see list below).  FINAL SALE items include discounted or promotional items sold on a deal, mystery bags or packages, undergarments, gift cards, hats or hair accessories, jewelry or handmade vendor products, personalized or custom made to order items. Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as final sale. To initiate your return for store credit please come into the store or email with your purchase receipt. 

Payment Policy

PLEASE PAY INVOICES PROMPTLY! Payment must be received by store opening the following day or items will be restocked. We do not do holds or layaway. Two unpaid invoices and you will be removed from our shopping group…but let’s not worry about that!

Shipping Policy

: $8.95 Shipping for all orders. Packages are shipped within 48 hours during open barn hours. The Barn Boutique Fruita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should a package go missing, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS. Orders of $150+ can earn free shipping and free return labels with the code FREESHIPCLUB.


When Will My Item Be Ready?

Items are packaged Tuesday-Saturday within 24 hours of a paid invoice excluding holidays.

How Do I Pick Up An Item?

If you are within the Grand Valley (Palisade-Loma) and you did NOT pay shipping, your item will be available for pickup at our storefront location (210 E Aspen Ave in Fruita) 24 hours after payment.

Where is the Barn?

I am located in Fruita, Colorado right next to Camilla’s at 210 E Aspen Avenue.

How Do I Pay For An Item I Want?

All items from Facebook with a SOLD or a CLAIM will be invoiced to the email address on file within 24 hours. Items from the website will use self checkout. Once you pay for an item, you will receive an email receipt. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL RECEIPT, please check with me to make sure your payment went through.

Can I Try An Item On?

We cannot hold items without payment. If you’d like to try an item on before claiming, stop by the barn during our open hours and see what cute things we have in stock!

How Do I Purchase From Live Sales

LIVE sales will happen throughout the week to highlight a style, demonstrate a styling tip, take requests, or just to say hello because I want to hang out with YOU!! LIVE SALES take place on my business page Make sure you LIKE the business page so you never miss out on a live sale 📷😉 Be the first to comment SOLD/MINE and the item #.
